Rules & Conditions

All members attending Ohanas functions are expected to be courteous, law abiding and friendly at all times.

• No Means NO! No exceptions! Zero Tolerance!
• No one under the age of 21 is allowed
• All new applications will be run through the national sex offender registry prior to approval. Anyone with personal identifiers matching those of an individual on the registry will be denied membership. Appeals can be directed to Club Management.
• Ask before touching. Verbal consent is important! Sexual assault/harassment is real and will be taken seriously.
• Respect those who wish to be left alone. Do not be pushy or insistent upon participation in any individual or club activities. No harassment!
• Cell phone usage during a Ohanas party is not allowed. Should you have a call, please leave the party until your conversation is complete.
• Management also prohibits the use of cameras or recording devices of any kind, and shall pursue such legal remedies available in order to preserve the rights of the club and its members
• Absolutely no illegal drugs, over indulgence of alcohol or fighting are ever allowed.
• Single men not accompanied by a lady or a couple are not permitted on the 3rd floor
• Anyone applying for membership and admission to Ohanas must agree to be bound by all rules and regulations; they must certify that they are at least 21 years of age; and that they will not use their membership to engage in prostitution or pandering. This includes the possession or use of any illegal or controlled substances in or on the property of any club function. Absolutely No Solicitation of ANY kind.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave, revoke membership of any person who becomes obnoxious, unruly, or engages in any illegal acts. We reserve the right to refuse admission and membership to anyone without cause or explanation, as is the right of a private club. If you are asked to leave, you will not receive a refund.
• The applicant will also acknowledge that they are aware that Ohanas is a private club established for the use of the membership, certifying also that free expression among consenting adults is not offensive and must recognize the constitutional rights of the members.
• Ohanas, its owners, and its members take no responsibility and will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during Club events, gatherings and activities. Understand that you are considered an 'invited guest' and a licensee and that participation in all Club events, functions and parties is at your own risk.
